Randy’s diverse and impressive background has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a retired 20-year firefighter and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with a Las Vegas area municipal fire/rescue agency, he is equipped with life-saving skills and a strong understanding of emergency response procedures, crisis management and intervention, and advanced emergency medical services.

As a Combat Veteran of the US Army Special Forces, also known as the Green Berets, Randy has undergone rigorous training and faced challenging situations. Serving as a Senior Weapons Sergeant, he was responsible for the training, maintenance, and employment of various weapon systems. Additionally, he has expertise in tactical operations, planning, security, tactics, techniques, procedures, and the employment of fire support systems. He was trained and operated as a trainer for host and indigenous forces and led both in combat operations.

Randy’s experience with several operational detachments alphas (ODAs), including time on a combat dive team, showcases his ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and under extreme conditions. In addition, he was selected, assigned, and deployed with a specialized direct action/counterterrorism team which further highlights his adaptability and effectiveness in high-risk/high-pressure situations.

Overall, Randy’s background has shaped him into a versatile and highly skilled individual who can bring valuable insights and experiences to various situations. His dedication to service, both as a firefighter and a military professional, is a testament to his commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Randy serves with Merchants of Medicine as a chief instructor and provides training ranging from EMS levels programs, and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) to first and CPR programs. He is a lead instructor in the STEPS and REALISM emergency preparedness & survival tactics and medical training programs

Randy is a small business owner and owns Bravo 1 Defense and co-owns Frontline Services, a medical company.
